The terms for using this site. There aren't many, and they're written to be read.

This site is published by Vexilo, a software development company based in Mexico. By using it you accept these terms. Last updated: August 18, 2026.

## What this site is

It's information about what we do and a way to write to us. Nothing here is an offer or a quote: projects are agreed in writing, each with its own terms.

## What's here is ours

The copy, the illustrations, the design, and the code of the site belong to Vexilo, except client and product logos, which belong to their owners. You can read it, link to it, and quote it with credit; you can't copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without asking. Write to [contact-us@vexilo.com](mailto:contact-us@vexilo.com) and we'll almost certainly say yes.

## No warranty on the content

We try to keep what we say accurate and current, but the site is offered as is. We aren't responsible for decisions you make only from what you read here, or for the site going down.

## Links to other sites

We link to our products and to third-party sites. What happens there is governed by their own terms and policies, not these.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disagreement is resolved by talking first; if that fails, before the competent courts in Mexico.
